We strive to incorporate our four pillars of loyalty, dedication, friendship, and support into cultivating a community of future healthcare professionals whilst creating bonds that will last beyond our undergraduate experiences. “Hey guys! I joined DEM spring of my freshman year and since then I’ve created so many great memories with other actives and found a community of others in the pre-health field. DEM has not only given me a new family, but also given me the opportunity to grow and learn from others both professionally and personally. As a freshman, it was hard to navigate a whole new school and stage of life, but my psibs and other actives were there for me no matter what. As recruitment directors, Jinna and I want to be able to give this same opportunity to others at UCLA to join this family.
