Delta Epsilon Mu (ΔΕΜ) serves as a centralized hub for students and professionals in clinical or applied practice with interests or focus in pre-health or health-related fields. Our chapter at UCLA is devoted to building a lasting community that spans academic endeavors and personal journeys. Our goal as the Chi Chapter is to uphold our four pillars of loyalty, dedication, friendship, and support, and help each other become the best versions of ourselves we can be.

Delta Epsilon Mu (DEM) is the nation’s premier professional pre-health all-inclusive fraternity, dedicated to nurturing a strong community of tomorrow’s healthcare leaders. Established in December 2014, the Chi Chapter at UCLA continues its steadfast commitment to advance this mission by igniting our collective passion for healthcare to future generations of pre-health students and equipping them with the tools to succeed throughout their undergraduate journeys. Our members exemplify the four pillars upon which we were founded: Loyalty, Dedication, Friendship, and Support.
The members of Delta Epsilon Mu have given me unwavering support, invaluable guidance, and a sense of community I have been seeking since arriving at UCLA. DEM has been instrumental in propelling me toward my ambitious personal and professional goals while reinforcing my commitment to our core founding principles.
Since joining DEM, I have not only formed my closest friendships but also reignited my passion for healthcare and my devotion to serving and leading others, which I intend to carry into my future endeavors. The bonds and memories created within DEM hold a special place in my heart that I will hold with me forever.
